I can see again!

After more than three years of walking around blindly, I am finally able to see again. Today my sister paid for me to get new contacts. Now I know that there are oil spots on the road near the mall, there are sticks on trees, and my babies have the most adorable faces I've ever seen! It has been a horrible week, but today certainly has taken my mind off of all of the drama and sadness that so profoundly haunts my life. This blog will become my journal (of sorts). There will be a lot of unusual, sometimes painful things written here. But there will also be many wonderful things here for me to share with everyone. Some background on me: I'm 27, have 3 children, a wonderful fiance, and a sister. The rest of my family is gone. Dead to me. I'll write more later.
